Christmas Fish Pie

I guess, now is right time to give special attention to Christmas recipes.
Let’s start with the Christmas Fish Pie.

We need (for 6 servings):
500 g of salmon
500 g of cod
500 g of onion
500 g of puff pastry
1 egg
30 g of butter
some parsley
some dill
some salt
some pepper

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions; cook and stir until tender, 5 to 10 minutes, add dill, parsley, salt and pepper.
Put salmon fillet on the first half of puff pastry, then put on this fried onion, then cod fillet and the second half of puff pastry. Grease with egg.
Bake the pie in preheated oven about 25 minute, or until top has browned.
